Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B. Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, or an allied engineering background.Experience: 3 to 5 years of core experience in RFQ preparation, product costing, and strategic sourcing within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), hardware, or automotive sectors.Technical Skills: Proficient in parsing complex engineering drawings and BOM structures.Strong familiarity with electronic component markets, PCB fabrication processes, and mechanical manufacturing techniques.Advanced data analysis skills using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal/written communication for vendor and customer relations, and the ability to work autonomously under tight bidding deadlines.
