Procurement Engineer - Solar

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Lead Buyer with experience in overseeing the procurement of Solar Equipment for our EPC Solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing solar project related equipment, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project execution teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of essential components for our Solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and terms while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar project equipment such as PV Modules, BESS, Trackers, Switchyard, transformers, bus ducts, switchgear, OHL, etc.
