Procurement Coordinator for Reading Skills Project

As a reading skills coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and promoting literacy work for the City of Lahti. The key task is to establish sustainable structures for literacy work and promote multidisciplinary collaboration across the city.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and implementing the municipal literacy action plan
• Assessing the current state of literacy work and developing improvement plans
• Collecting, disseminating, and embedding best practices
• Coordinating cooperation among various actors (e.g., early childhood education, basic education, libraries)
• Monitoring activities and evaluating impact
• Integrating literacy work into the city’s strategic frameworks
