Job Overview

The Procurement Coordinator liaises between estimating team members, trade partners, suppliers, construction, design, accounting, and sales team members to ensure the accuracy of information for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in an accurate, timely manner to meet production schedules.
• Calculate and maintain material take‑offs (lumber, finishing materials, steel, concrete, etc.) from working drawings and verify tak‑offs provided by suppliers.
• Assist with the review of purchase orders and enforce correct pricing.
• Review new products and vendors to identify opportunities for improved quality and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure agreement review, change orders, and pricing requests are processed with priority and in a timely manner.
• Communicate all change orders to field staff, office staff, and trades.
