What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years’ experience in Procurement, Customer Service, Administration, or Order Coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience using CRM and ticketing platforms such as HubSpot
  • Strong systems and software navigation skills across multiple platforms
  • Exposure to procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, and order processing workflows
  • Ability to manage and update records, documentation, and databases accurately
  • Strong understanding of administrative and customer support processes
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder coordination experience
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes
