Procurement Capability & Learning Lead

The Ministry of Education in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Manager/Senior Manager in Procurement Competency Development to design and implement procurement capability initiatives, drive learning innovation and foster procurement talent across MOE staff.

You will lead a procurement competency and training framework, redevelop learning packages with technology, promote procurement careers and oversee operations including asset management, purchasing and training funds.
