Procurement Analyst (Santiago)

Duties

• Contract Management – management of contracts with vendors, including negotiating terms and conditions, documenting changes or amendments, and ensuring execution to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk.
• Sourcing – finding, evaluating, and engaging suppliers of goods and services; defining business needs, conducting market analysis, and developing sourcing strategy.
• Category Management – segmenting spending into related product areas to focus on consolidation and efficiencies; tracking market pricing trends, regulatory changes, and innovations across the category.
• Vendor Management – maintaining good relationships with vendors and stakeholders, mitigating risks, ensuring service delivery, and negotiating better rates through stronger collaboration.
• Process Development – drafting and designing processes under quality, cost, and time‑frame requirements to meet organizational objectives.
