About the Position

Ensure procurement of missing parts and control stock to avoid overstock.

Maintain and monitor supplier performance.

Communicate effectively with suppliers (English fluent).

Perform strategic sourcing activities for interconnection suppliers.

Negotiate quotes and pricing for new product introductions.

Keep the MRP system updated.

Responsibilities and Activities

• Get goods and services on time.
• Prepare book orders and send them to suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain traceability of material until receipt in the warehouse.
• Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers aligned to the company’s needs.
• Work with suppliers to ensure key processes run efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Build strong working relationships internally and with key suppliers.
