Procurement agent (Centro Tular)

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Ensure procurement of missing parts and control stock to avoid overstock.
• Maintain and monitor supplier performance.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers (English fluent).
• Perform strategic sourcing activities for interconnection suppliers.
• Negotiate quotes and pricing for new product introductions.
• Keep the MRP system updated.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Get goods and services on time.
• Prepare book orders and send them to suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain traceability of material until receipt in the warehouse.
• Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers aligned to the company's needs.
• Work with suppliers to ensure key processes run efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Build strong working relationships internally and with key suppliers.
• Create recovery plans with suppliers when necessary.
