**Company Description**:
**Activities may include, but are not limited to**:
- Start up, shut down, and restart machines per production schedule- Adjust chip attach machine processes for product defects (i.e epoxy excess, chip turned, low frequency)- Document and monitor critical process parameters- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot process-related problems to maintain desired efficiency levels- Escalate appropriate information to Senior Process Engineer and their shift’s Team Leader as needed- Assist in changeovers of machines (tooling and material)- Adhere to quality (ISO9001) standards and safety standards- Consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing equipment- Perform general housekeeping within the department/group and assist other areas as required- Back up other areas of the production floor (Material Handling, Inspecting and Packing) as needed
