Process Supervisor

The Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the production or manufacturing environment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves supervising staff, optimizing processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of process optimization and quality control principles
