**Your Job**
The Process Supervisor will be responsible for the optimization of the painting processes, production efficiency improvement and process documentation.
Heshe will join the process engineer team and will collaborate with SRG global painting team.
Focus on his technical team development aligned to the company's principles.
**Our Team**
You will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, production operators, technicians, group leaders, Production control, manufacturing & BP Human Resources.
**What You Will Do
- Work closely with human resources to develop your direct reports in a way align to our principles.
- Maintaining periodically connections with global painting team for continuously updating and knowledge sharing
