As a Process Shift Leader, you’ll be at the center of our operations, guiding your shift team to deliver planned production volumes while meeting all SQCDMN requirements. You’ll be responsible for driving day‑to‑day performance across the Processing Area, ensuring strong results in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

About You

Main Responsibilities:

Enhance safety awareness and ensure implementation of Danone’s 13 WISE elements

Enforce safety procedures, investigate incidents, deliver weekly safety sessions, and drive daily safety action plans

Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, GMP, AIB, and HACCP standards while monitoring quality parameters, resolving non‑conformities, and leading product quality investigations
