Process Re-Engineering (Xico)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Process Re-engineering .

• Provide proactive consultancy services at various points of the Change Lifecycle; in particular, during initiation and prioritization
• Participate and provide support in the preparation of update reports, quality procedures, audits, status reports and project plan
• Participate in process re‑engineering efforts across a portfolio of smaller re‑engineering projects or play a key role in integral priority re‑engineering programmes
• Assist with planning activities, progress tracking, resource monitoring, budget monitoring and quality management
• Participate and provide support in initiatives to improve processing efficiencies which may involve managing re‑engineering initiatives, workflow management and automation enhancement
