Process Quality Engineer

**Objective**:To ensure the factory's internal quality performance by maintaining process stability, improving production capacity, and preventing defects through systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**:- Lead **process reviews**and **control plan updates**to ensure robust process control and effective risk mitigation.
- Monitor **SPC trends to detect process changes and verify the**timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Actively participate in Quality, Reliability, and Quality **Control (QRQC) meetings, drive root cause analysis**related to processes, and ensure the resolution of quality issues.
- Maintain ownership of critical quality documents and ensure their accuracy, including ( but not limited to ):- Control Plan- IPQC Checklist- Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP/SOP)- SPC Data Sheet- QRQC Records- Process and module rework instructions**Problem Solving**:- **8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa (fi...
