Process quality engineer (pqe) (Centro Tular)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
• 3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.
• Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.
• Experience in the following processes: Lamination, Cutting, Sewing.
• Professional English level.
• IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Knowledge & Skills: Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA / PFMEA, MSA, SPC Tools & Methodologies), problem‑solving methodologies, statistical analysis and data‑driven decision‑making, proficiency in Minitab.
• Process Knowledge: strong understanding of production line processes, control plans (CP), standard inspection procedures (SIP), quality systems, knowledge of IATF standards.
