Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer/Technician – P0/P1 Process/Manufacturing Engineering PTM job.
Responsibilities Lead the industrialization of the new P1, improving production efficiency (machine & direct labor) in its perimeter.
Capitalize and share the know‑how of industrial processes in the domain.
Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
Lead Lean design workshops for industrialization.
Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM.
Follow equipment or assembly line development with the supplier.
Design small tools and validate the supplier proposal.
Define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line.
Perform pre‑acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
Perform trials on the lines and deliver reports.
Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR.
Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process.
Set up equipment and propose a process validation plan.
