Process and Performance Engineer – Airbus A220 Program

We are seeking an experienced Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. The role focuses on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220 and involves continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Location: Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis and line balancing (SLB) to optimize series production.
• Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing for all production configurations.
• Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production.
• Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency.
• Lead the improvement roadmap and return of experience initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team.
