Senior Process Optimization Specialist – senior role leading end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, process redesign, automation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process mapping, modelling (As‑Is / To‑Be) and redesign of complex operational and strategic processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, analyse KPIs/data, and develop business cases for improvement.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma and BPM initiatives and support automation (RPA, BPM, low‑code).
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide expert guidance to junior team members.
- Manage improvement projects end‑to‑end and present findings to senior leadership.
- Produce documentation: BPMN diagrams, workflows, procedures and standards.
