Requirements –

Understand existing query flows, dependencies and operational processes supporting campaign execution

Help streamline the data query process and improve turnaround time

Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies

Support data extraction, validation and readiness required for campaign-related activities

Troubleshoot query or data-related issues impacting delivery and recommend corrective actions

Proficient in running SQL queries to retrieve data from database like Teradata, UNICA

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience working in build & delivery of data driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Flexible to support client in different time zones

Decent communications skills, both written and spoken; ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English
