1. Position Overview

The Process Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process in a maize-based distillery plant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and optimized operations. This includes managing fermentation, distillation, evaporation, DDGS, and utility integration while maintaining product quality, safety standards, and achieving plant KPIs.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the maize-based ethanol/ENA production process.
