Process Management Specialist

Job Description:

• Analyze, design, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process compliance and performance
• Support change management initiatives related to process improvements
• Conduct regular process audits and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure alignment of processes with organizational goals and industry best practices

Qualifications:
