What You’ll Do
The Process Engineer and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes while leading the maintenance technician team to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role combines technical expertise with hands‑on leadership to minimize downtime, improve asset performance, and support production objectives.
Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
- Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Lead OPEX projects and support CAPEX projects.
