Job Description

The epic owner holds end‑to‑end responsibility for the delivery of so-called epics (change) including the hand‑over to the Business‑as‑Usual team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Change in the delivery of epics in the change portfolio.
• Be part of an international self‑steering team to deliver and implement epics in an Agile Way of Working and in accordance with ING’s orange code.
• Have in‑depth knowledge and experience in financial products, processes, and related regulations.
• Take full accountability for the efficient delivery of the epics you are responsible for, including timely delivery and quality assurance aspects.
• Be end‑to‑end responsible for epics, including updates on status/progress and impediments.
• Create epic‑related documents and proactively manage all stakeholders (both FMCC and non‑FMCC) involved in the realization of the epics.
