• Process Excellence Specialist Defines, designs processes and implements process improvement as part of the Process One Approach that we follow in Cognizant IOA.
• Defines, designs and implements processes for new workflows that needs to be setup because of new business or change in scope of business.
• Facilitates and coach improvement teams.
• Implement new age solutions for process simplifications using AI & ML.
• Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.
• Ability to operate in Hi Tech, Fast Pace and unpredictable environment.
• Experience in at least one of the HR systems Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP Success factor
• Experience in using Visio, Minitab or other statistical tools
