Process Excellence Officer

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Process Excellence Officer, you will lead high-visibility projects that directly influence our operational bottom line. Your focus will be on identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Transformation: Lead the diagnosis, design, and implementation of process improvements. Map As-Is workflows to eliminate redundancies and maximize output.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends. Turn raw data into actionable insights and business cases for senior leadership.
• Project Management & Governance: Manage a portfolio of improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen). Ensure projects are delivered on time and that gains are sustained through robust monitoring plans.
