:Develop/review, review and monitor current policies & procedures changes and updates
Review and analyze change requests from users focus on control and risk management
Identify and propose improvement opportunities ensuring high quality output; Provide input to IT and initiative owners on potential control risks and areas for improvement; Support implementation of group-wide initiatives in BU
Plan and prepare quarterly training requirements for Unit Users ( and all other training needs related to administration that is requested by BU)
Create/review/update training materials whenever necessary
Continuous improvements on training strategies, continuous result monitoring, implementing training strategies that will improve effectiveness of trainings
Conduct training online or offline in units, ensuring entire training event is completed successfully.
