Process Engineering Supervisor (Mexicali)

Lead and manage a team of process engineers responsible for assembly, cable assembly, molding/over molding, and manufacturing processes for power connectors and cable assemblies. Ensure strong execution across product development, production line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing while driving manufacturability (DFM/DFA), process stability, and continuous improvement.

• Directly manage and develop the Senior Process Engineer, Cable Assembly Process Engineer, Molding/Over molding Process Engineer, and Assembly Process Engineer
• Provide technical and execution leadership across product development, NPI, line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing
• Ensure strong collaboration with Product Development, Fixture Design, and Test Engineering teams
