Job Summary

Senior Process Engineering Manager – Painting Operations, located in Guadalajara, responsible for leading all engineering activities associated with powder coating, surface preparation, and finishing processes for sheet metal products, racks, cabinets, and enclosures.

This role drives manufacturing excellence through process optimization, automation, quality improvement, capacity expansion, and cost reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
