The Process Engineering Manager Primary focus is to achieve production and customer commit plans, while maintaining
manufacturing world class practices related to safety standards, process
and product quality controls, customer requirements and on time delivery.
The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for talent development, continuous improvement and budget attainment of the production department.
**Main responsibilities**:
Ø Responsible for Process Engineering, Test and Electrical Engineering, New Product Introduction and Transitions, Maintenance and Automation and Engineering Project Management
Ø Ensures safety elements are deployed into manufacturing processes including JSA, Equipment Risk Assessment.
Ø Manufacturing documents deployment and controls, such as work instructions, process deviations
Ø Coordinate and deploy engineering change management effectively.
