Process Engineering Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant technical training is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge ofFPC manufacturing, especiallyupper and plating processes is an advantage.
• Good understanding ofelectro/electroless plating, chemical process control, surface treatment, and wet process operations
• Skilled inroot cause analysis, process optimization, SPC, FMEA, and DOE
• Familiar withquality systems, process documentation, and engineering change control
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in FPC/PCB or other manufacturing.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role in process engineering or other relevant.
• Experience in upper process and plating/wet process is an advantage.
