Role Summary
The Process Engineer supports safe, efficient mill operations by optimizing production processes, improving performance, and resolving process and control issues. Reporting to the Superintendent Process Engineering, this role plays a key part in continuous improvement, capital project execution, and operational excellence while partnering closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

- Develop and monitor KPIs, including downtime tracking and production loss reporting, to improve process performance
