Process Engineer: Tooling & New-Product Launch Specialist

Gentherm is seeking a Process Engineer to support tooling development and manufacturing of new products at our facility in Mexico. You will assist the Process Engineer in validations, develop tools and fixtures, and ensure tooling is delivered and documented according to program schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration with quality, engineering, and suppliers, applying continuous improvement to improve productivity and maintain 6's and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
