Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Design and develop production processes and workflows.
- Determine operating parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate).
- Improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Increase product yield and quality.
- Reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure stable plant operation.
- Troubleshoot production problems.
- Monitor plant performance and adjust process parameters.
- Work with the research centre for further scale‑up production.
- Arrange and set up exhibitions and be able to travel overseas for exhibitions.
- Do fuel cell system testing.
- Deal with suppliers on research materials.
- Be able to multitask.
- Be willing to take ownership.
- Cooperate with the team to solve problems.
