- Fault finding and troubleshooting of process /tooling-related problems during production and testing.
- Initiate and conduct the test of new or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal process cycle.
- Initiate and implement productivity programs for the plant.
- Process improvement through capability studies.
- Preparation of process instruction.
- Oversees tooling for new products.
- Participate and recommend solutions to moulding problems related to moulds.
- Initiate engineering change.
- Implementation of mould preventive maintenance programs.
- Track movement of moulds and collaborate with Production Department.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with 3 years' experience in Plastic injection Molding, preferably in Medical and Automotive industries.
