Process Engineer

This position is responsible for leading new launches and engineering changes at the plant. Administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities and Activities

• Line balancing and elimination of bottlenecks through time analysis.
• Implementation of cost‑saving ideas.
• Improvements to machinery and equipment.
• Development and implementation of better technologies.
• Improvements to process flows.
