Your Responsibilities Would Include
Organizing and maintain production process flow
Writing the working instructions, process documents and ensure the training for the operator and setup team
Improving continually existing operation to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving
Investigating the problems affecting production and report and recommend solutions
Providing manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target
Organizing meetings with other team members to facilitate growth
