Job Purpose The Process Engineer will be responsible for the total management of operations in the BW-PC Cavite site, ensuring key business metrics such as Safety, Quality, Service, Waste, and Cost are achieved.

- Ensure minimum 95% output reliability and achieve best‑in‑class productivity to deliver agile and reliable service.
- Build and develop agile work systems that engage, empower, and motivate employees toward a highly autonomous work culture.
- Coordinate all production activities in the plant through the section.
- Ensure integration of UMS and R2S methodology and strategy and facilitate best‑proven practice in the factory.
