Process Engineer, Optics Transceivers — NPI & Lean

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Process Engineer – Optics Transceivers to join their team in El Salto, Jalisco. In this role, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes in the Optical Connectivity segment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of SMT or electromechanical assemblies. This position offers a competitive compensation package.
