Process Engineer (NPI)

Responsibilities:

• New product introduction (NPI), Prototyping, Qualification, and Launch of RF filter products.
• Conduct Engineering Sample, DOE, Prototype, EVT, Corner, and Clean launch lots.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct technical review board (TRB) meetings to release the new products.
• Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies interaction with new product design
• Process Integration and Parametric Yield improvement by running DOE and corner margin lots
• Ensuring prototyping inline CpK and defectivity meeting the target
• Achieve NPI department KPI's on-time delivery by meeting Product Yield, Quality and Cycle Time Target

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, and Chemical Engineering or other science fields.
