Connection Systems team is seeking an Process Engineer F4. This position is responsible for new projects development for North American operations within the Manufacturing Engineering Team. To improve and develop manufacturing systems that meet safety and technical capabilities with high technology offering to the customer the best competitive option from a process Engineering point of view.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all manufacturing engineering activities related to the assigned manufacturing areas/plants.
- Development and design of new manufacturing systems
- Participation in design review meetings for new products
- Support continuous improvement of quality, OE, scrap, design, etc, on current assembly processes installed in NA plants.
- Accountable for the successful launch of new PNs / Tools into the manufacturing NA plants.
