The Continuous Improvement Manager will provide strategic leadership in the identification, design and deployment of AI-driven and digital solutions across the Operations function. Partnering with senior stakeholders across EMEA, the role leads the translation of operational problems into scalable technology and process solutions — with a strong emphasis on AI tooling, Python-based automation and intelligent prompt engineering. The incumbent is expected to be a hands-on practitioner and a coach: someone who builds solutions themselves, establishes standards for the team, and drives adoption across the organisation. This is not an advisory role — it requires direct delivery accountability.
