Process Engineer: Lean Manufacturing & Optimization

SYSGEN RPO, located in Veracruz, Mexico, is searching for a skilled Process Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing. This role involves optimizing production processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and have at least 3 years of experience in process engineering. Strong skills in machine troubleshooting and production support are essential. This is an onsite, full-time position on a day shift with direct client hire.
