Process Engineer - Lean & Continuous Improvement

PAVCO WAVIN COLOMBIA is looking for a professional to optimize production processes within our extrusion plants. The ideal candidate will understand and improve our systems by utilizing Lean Manufacturing and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will be responsible for improving equipment availability, controlling process costs, and leading teams for root cause analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.
