Key Responsibilities Lead and support continuous improvement projects across corrugated and converting operations. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Problem Solving. Observe processes at the gemba to identify waste, variation, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
