Job Description
- Perform DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis for new product mechanical assembly, and drive for non‑compliance closure.
- Work with Design Engineering (DE) and suppliers to drive closure of mechanical assembly or process‑related issues.
- Collaborate with DE and suppliers to develop new backend processes and technology.
- Engage suppliers to deliver best‑in‑class manufacturing processes supporting new product requirements.
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for product mechanical failures and optimize new product manufacturing processes.
- Continuously develop and seek new process breakthroughs that improve quality, productivity and cost.
Basic Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
