What You Will Do:
Manufacturing Engineer – Die Engineering - Die Process.
Drive “Voice of Manufacturing” throughout product development lifecycle to ensure robust, feasible, and manufacturable stamped panels. Conduct early stamping process feasibility evaluation in an integrated CAD/CAE environment and coordinate between product development and manufacturing teams to lead resolution of manufacturing feasibility concerns. Lead the creation of draw die CAD developments and construction release files for new model stampings.Update and maintain existing stamping die process information for the inclusion of improvements, service requirements and carry-over modified part releases required for new model usage.Develop stamping die processes for new model parts, optimized for cost and quality o...
