What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage production processes for the Optical Connectivity segment.
- Design, quote, and optimize tooling and peripherals required for manufacturing.
- Document standard processes and train operational staff according to the guidelines of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop line balancing projects and improve standard times.
