Process Engineer (Calgary)

Acero Engineering Inc. ('Acero'), a growing oil & gas facilities engineering company providing engineering, procurement and construction management expertise, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill a Senior Process Engineer role (10-15 years of experience). This can be an Employee or Contractor position. Acero focuses on facility and pipeline engineering, procurement, and construction management services from concept evaluation to plant start‑up. Our core service offering includes in‑house project management, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control engineering, project engineering, procurement, regulatory services, civil and structural engineering, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Perform process simulations using various software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer) and in‑house spreadsheets.
• Proficient in gas processing, PSV sizing, line sizing, and flare systems analysis.
