Process Engineer

**Position Summary**
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing, and improving the production process that allows the product to be manufactured efficiently, taking care of the metrics defined by Parker.
Development of continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and key plant metrics.
**Responsibilities**
- Production support through continuous improvement in main activities.
- Review of work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes
- Document creation for clients.
- Creation and/or modification of procedures
- Manufacturing cost reduction
- Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos
- Follow-up of runs for validation of customer complaints.
- Monitor route card updates.
- Monitoring rejections and process problems
- Development of projects to reduce manufacturing costs.
